I think my favourite place has been Singapore! The culture and architecture as well as the design is amazing! Downside was the temperature and humidity… it was hot hot hot 😅

I have so many favourite places so I’m going to list a few and why I like them.
Senegal has probably some of the best sea food I have ever eaten in my life, the weather is very warm so at night the streets come alive with markets and stalls.
Egypt has some of the craziest drivers in the world and they use their car horns to communicate so from dusk until dawn there is an orchestra of beeping, which is just something that has to be experienced.
Qatar was very interesting and slightly different to the metropolis that is Dubai, I ate in the Salt Bae restaurant in Doha is stayed in probably the one of the oldest hotels in the city.

What you will find when you travel is that no matter the language an engineer is always an engineer!

Great question! Its true that careers in Technology and Engineering do afford opportunities to work around the world.

My personal favorites would have to be Cairo and Madrid!

At the moment my favourite has been Uganda in East Africa, it was a very interesting place (and very warm which was a nice change).

I presently do not travel. However, I have travelled in other jobs, and everywhere that I have travelled has been fun and exciting; but you must be able to seize the moment, have good clients/host that could take you around or advise you, and some good stamina. I would say I prefer my own personal holiday travels rather than work travels overall, but that is me personally.
